The ultra-high processing speed is ideal for use as a sensor controller.
Labeling machines, for example, require a system capable of instantly reading output signals from a fiber sensor and quickly controlling the roller rotation to detect the label head or end edge on the release paper tape taken up at a high speed.
Ultra-high speed scanning by FP0R:
100 program steps: 0.2 msec or less- FP0R can serve well as a high performance sensor controller in combination with a Panasonic fiber sensor
Even 1000 program steps: 0.5 msec or less
High-speed program transfer:
Programs can be transferred at high speed via the USB tool port, improving the operation efficiency. Even 32 k step data (with no comments) can be instantly transferred in approx. 5 seconds, reducing the stress on users.

Measures air flow up to 1000 liters/min all with one of the industry's smallest sizes
The FM-200 Series is a bi-directional digital flow sensor for use with air or Nitrogen gas. It offers high precision detection in an ultra small package, thanks to the utilization of MEMS technology. The series covers a wide range of flow rates and has a wide range of I/O options standard, such as dual discrete outputs, an analog voltage output, and an external input.
Dual Digital Display: The integrated two-color dual digital display offers quick and easy verification of the sensor's operation, including flow rate, direction, and output condition.
Bi-Directional Flow Detection: The unique sensor chip of the FM-200 allows for flow sensing in both directions. The unit utilizes two temperature sensors, one on each side of a heater element, to determine the heat distribution. This concept provides accurate detection, regardless of flow direction.
Flow Rate and Flow Meter Modes: The FM-200 series not only has the ability of displaying the real time flow rate of a process, but also has a mode that will allow the unit to function as a flow meter. This is great for applications where the customer would like monitor the amount of air used or lost in their process.
Comprehensive Lineup: The FM-200 series consists of three main body styles with a total of eight flow rate ranges, from 0.5 l/min to 1000 l/min. Port options range from 4mm push fit to G1/2 female threads. The comparative outputs are available in NPN or PNP types.
Multi-Axis Motion Control
Yaskawa offers its most powerful machine controller in the MP2000iec series. MP2000iec products synchronize sequence control and motion control in one tightly integrated platform. Position, speed, torque, and phase control such as electronic gearing and electronic cam profiles are available for complex motion in case-packing, form-fill-seal, labeling, and flow-wrapping machinery. A high speed motion network, Mechatrolink-II, controls Sigma II and Sigma III amplifiers, inverters, and I/O blocks at 10 Mbps. Rotary, linear, and direct drive servomotors are available in 110, 230, and 480 VAC options. The controller's 
modular design can be self-configured to reduce setup time by automatically recognizing networked amplifiers and option modules. MotionWorks (MPE770) software provides an integrated development environment for all programming and troubleshooting.
The MP2300iec is a compact controller, offering three open slots to allow expansion of I/O and connectivity with Ethernet, DeviceNet, and Profibus network options. Up to three Mechatrolink-II networks can be synchronized and simultaneously controlled by one MP2300. Each Mechatrolink-II network can control up to 20 nodes of which 16 can be Sigma servo amplifiers. Up to nine axes can be controlled in 1 millisecond and up to 16 axes in two milliseconds.
